Have you heard the news?! The National Mall and Memorial Parks has announced the much-anticipated peak days of bloom for the annual Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, D.C.! This floral festival is at the mercy of Mother Nature, so unlike Christmas, New Year’s, and the 4th of July, its dates aren’t stationary. About the Festival
The National Mall and Memorial Parks announced that the peak days of frothy pink blooms will be March 22 through 25. You still have time to plan an awesome getaway!
The festival itself hosts events which begin March 20 and continue into mid-April. With peak blooms projected beginning March 22, you’ll want to get there for the Opening Ceremony and stay for a few days.
