Kevin and Kevin, the two who worked with me, and did the actual repair, did a fantastic job! Although it took a long time due to supply-chain challenges, they kept me informed and up-to-date on the progress. The end result is that the rig looks great, and we're back on the road and enjoying it the way we intended!

The absolute attention to customer needs. It wasn't about a dollar sign. They went above expectations to see that we got what we wanted without all the nickeling and diming. We had a lot of questions, and although an answer or two may not have been what we wanted to hear, they were honest and gave us informed choices. Travis, our salesman, and Aaron - financing guy - were so friendly, open, professional, and personable. Gavin and all the tech/parts people were above awesome in seeing that we left with a tested and safe trailer. If there was more room, I would continue a book of all the wonderful ways we were treated AND respected.

I recently purchased a Trailer from Mark at the Loveland Cousins RV dealership. I went to look one afternoon and had to think about it. I knew that I was taking a risk of losing it due to popularity of the unit. I had to confirm that the damage to the exterior that they showed me was not a big deal to fix. Once I did that later that night I, came back early the next morning to buy it. It turns out that another person had been looking at it as well but had NOT put a deposit down Mark stood by his deal even when someone else wanted to pay more. His manager and even the owner stood by it as well despite getting a great deal of grief from the other interested party.
The experience was quite easy. Taylor the Finance guy communicated well when he had questions and made the financing easy.
Dalton the Service tech was awesome to deal with. During our walkthrough of this used trailer we found a couple of things that concerned me. When I brought them up the tongue jack was repaired, the apparent water in the storage bay was just drips from the winterizing process (we made sure). This was our fourth trailer so we knew what questions to ask and we asked many of them. He patiently answered or explained all my concerns and showed us how to work all the systems. I have no reservations about recommending these folks to anyone.

Our Salesmen, Marty was patient and understanding with us while trying to find our perfect first trailer. My credit was a little under average, around a 650, but I left with a brand new wolf pup. We really appreciate Cousins RV for their helping us purchase our new camping trailer. Van Saukem was our salesman, and we found him very knowledgeable, understanding and going out of the way to meet our needs. We came in with a really good deal from another dealer, but they were able to match it and get us the exact trailer we wanted. We are now the proud owners of our dream RV. It took several trips and many showings to meet all of our criteria, but our salesman Ben Garcia was patient with us until we found what best met our needs (and our grandchildren's needs!). Each trip in to the dealership was a pleasant experience, and it felt like Ben was a partner in our journey to find what was best for us. We purchased a new unit based exclusively on a youtube video and drove 14 hours one way to take delivery. Upon inspection the unit did not quite have the configuration we had expected and we had an agonizing half day of decision making. The team at Four Season in Wheat Ridge was exceptionally accommodating - in particular Joey who made sure that we left the dealership as 100% satisfied customers. With left a few days late but with travel experience of places in Colorado we had not planned to visit and with a new unit that was better than what we had ordered. I would drive this distance any time simply for the service provided by Joey and Dustin and will encourage anybody anywhere to reach out to Four Season in Wheat Ridge. - J

I bought a 2017 SportTrek Touring Edition STT343VIK Travel Trailer from Colerain Rv in Dayton Ohio. Amy DeCamp was my sales rep. she was fantastic, always there for me and my questions and listen to me on what i was looking for. She has a outstanding knowledge of campers and a great sense of humor. I will forever buy any and all future campers from them and her. Took 3 hrs for us to go over everything in the camper inspecting it and being shown how everything works. The staff was tremendous in taken care of any issues we found and in taking the time to make sure we knew how everything worked... - Todd from Parma, OH
